About Us
Gary Stephens
Born in Colby, Kansas, Gary grew up working in his family’s farming and construction business and learned the value of hard work at a very young age. He graduated with degrees from both Kansas State University and Fort Hays State University. For most of his career, Gary owned and operated Gary Stephens Construction, Inc., where he built custom residential homes and did remodeling in and around the Manhattan community. After many years as a general contractor and affluent construction company owner, Gary had a desire for a new challenge. He incorporated his expertise from the building trade which led him to The Window Source. Gary opened The Window Source of Kansas in 2016 and has never looked back. The business has expanded into the Kansas City area and has grown very successful. Honesty, integrity, perfection, quality, value, and customer service are the pillars that The Window Source stands on.

Pierce Stephens
Pierce grew up in Manhattan, Kansas and graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems and Business Management from Kansas State University. After graduation, he worked in Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Phillips 66 in Information Technology & Finance. His experience from Phillips 66 along with his time on the Kansas State University sales team made for the smooth transition of working with the family business and expanding into the Kansas City area. Pierce’s excellent character, passion, communication, and attention to detail continues to be a key example of how we do business.
Pierce Stephens
Payton Stephens
Payton grew up in Manhattan, Kansas and attended Fort Hays State University where he majored in Sports & Exercise Therapy. He was a member of the men’s basketball program and went on to receive his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska. Payton’s daily one-on-one experience with clients at a personal level helped transition him to joining the family business in 2023. His work ethic, integrity and honesty are a great addition to our reliable team. Ask him about golf, cheering on the KC Chiefs & all things Kansas State sports!
